The fixtures this season are all over the place. Saints have played Salford 3 times already and we haven't played them yet (we only play them twice) If you take away their 3 wins against Salford (assuming they get beat other teams) they would be level on points with us.
Don't forget the massive points difference advantage too. In mitigation Saints have to play Hull KR away twice. Mind you, RE Salford, some of it is in our own hands. We still have the opportunity to post a massive score on Salford twice - starting on Friday. No excuses. 2025 Loop Fixtures (for completeness) 1st Wigan WarriorsHome: Leigh (5th) and Huddersfield (9th) Away: Catalans (7th) and Hull FC (11th) Magic: Warrington (3rd) p:nth-of-type(6)","type":"performPlaceholder","relativePos":"after"}" data-placeholder-placeholder="" data-response-start="1105" data-type="placeholder" style="background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; border: 0px; font-size: 16px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline; color: rgb(20, 20, 20); font-family: "Open Sans", sans-serif;"> 2nd Hull KR Home: St Helens (6th) and Castleford (10th) Away: Leeds (8th) and Wakefield (12th) Magic: Salford (4th) 3rd Warrington Wolves Home: Catalans (7th) and Hull FC (11th) Away: Leigh (5th) and Huddersfield (9th) Magic: Wigan (1st) 4th Salford Red Devils Home: Leeds (8th) and Wakefield (12th) Away: St Helens (6th) and Castleford (10th) Magic: Hull KR (2nd) 5th Leigh Leopards Home: Warrington (3rd) and Huddersfield (9th) Away: Wigan (1st) and Hull FC (11th) Magic: Catalans (7th) 6th St Helens Home: Salford (4th) and Castleford (10th) Away: Hull KR (2nd) and Wakefield (12th) Magic: Leeds (8th) 7th Catalans Dragons Home: Wigan (1st) and Hull FC (11th) Away: Warrington (3rd) and Huddersfield (9th) Magic: Leigh (5th) 8th Leeds Rhinos Home: Hull KR (2nd) and Wakefield (12th) Away: Salford (4th) and Castleford (10th) Magic: St Helens (6th) 9th Huddersfield Giants Home: Warrington (3rd) and Catalans (7th Away: Wigan (1st) and Leigh (5th) Magic: Hull FC (11th) 10th Castleford Tigers Home: Salford (4th) and 8th Away: Hull KR (2nd) and St Helens (6th) Magic: Wakefield (12th)

Credit to Leeds today, showing how it's done at Craven Park. Really wouldn't want to have to go to Headingley if we snatched sixth.
Hope we don't get 6th..imagine going to Leeds or even Leigh.. doesn't bare thinking about..out of interest who would we be siding with in this end of season comp

| I have no love for Leeds. But they deserved that win and i hope they knock Wigan off 2nd spot. They've played some decent rugby this year and i hate the narrative that it's just a Hull KR - Wigan shoe in for the final since day 1. I also can't stand Saints, and it knocks them down the ladder a bit. They've been fortunate with the fixtures this year (Salford 3 times) and have picked up 90% of their points against the lower sides. I hope they get knocked out in the first round of the of the playoffs. Also good to see Leigh up there from a neutral point of view. You can see i am bored with Wires and our season is practically over.

That is blatant cheating to get a penalty taking Lewis off for a HiA.
Strange one. He didn't look bad & he didn't seem to be hit hard but then he fails his assessment. The more I look at it it doesn’t look right. He jumps up to claim it was not a knock on they then challenge it but the video ref deemed it a high shot but first contact was the shoulder then ofc momentum swings the arm around into his neck. At no point did he look like he needed a concussion test and he was kind of remonstrating with the physio. I know I’m no doctor but was strange that he failed HiA, could be they don’t want him to play Leigh next week with his antics lol I have just been looking at the HIA questions ... could Mikey Lewis just be daft enough to be his normal self but still fail the questions?? Willie Peters is not overly happy about it either. Says it needs looking at as he is absolutely fine. So yes you could be right he could not answer the questions lol. What is your name Fred

| I thought if you suffer a supposed head knock you have to go off for a HIA. Lewis milked that after knocking on and then staying down until the ref gave a pen and probably hoping Newman was binned. Fortunately for us he`s not the sharpest tool in the box and thought his name was Lennox Lewis. Kendall was giving them a helping hand until JWH upset him.
